The Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held June 8, 2011 at 11:00 am Eastern time at the Company's headquarters located at 11115 Rushmore Drive, Charlotte, NC.

From I-77:

Merge onto I-485 North. Continue approximately 5 ½ miles on I-485 North. Take Exit 61 for US-521/Johnston Rd. Keep right at the fork in the road and merge onto US-521 South/Johnston Rd. Continue for approximately ½ mile and turn right on Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Continue approximately ½ mile and turn right onto Rushmore Drive. Continue approximately ½ mile and the Company's headquarters will be on the left.
