Tree.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: TREE) is the parent of several brands and businesses that provide information, advice, products and services for critical transactions in our customers' lives. Our family of brands includes LendingTree®, GetSmart®, DegreeTree®, LendingTreeAutos, DoneRight!® and ServiceTree ?. Together, these brands serve as an ally for consumers who are looking to comparison shop for loans, home services, education, auto and other services from multiple businesses and professionals who will compete for their business.

Tree.com, Inc. is the parent company of wholly owned operating subsidiary LendingTree, LLC and is the indirect parent of several companies owned by LendingTree, LLC.

LendingTree, LLC (formerly, LendingTree, Inc.) was incorporated in the state of Delaware in June 1996 and commenced nationwide operations in July 1998. LendingTree, Inc. was acquired by IAC/InterActiveCorp ("IAC") in 2003 and converted to a Delaware limited liability company (LendingTree, LLC) in December 2004.

Tree.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was incorporated in connection with IAC/InterActiveCorp's decision to spin off several business units (including HSN, Inc., Interval Leisure Group, Inc., Ticketmaster and Tree.com, Inc.) to its shareholders. On August 20, 2008, Tree.com, Inc. (along with its subsidiary, LendingTree, LLC) was spun off from IAC into a separate publicly traded company.

Tree.com, Inc. is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C. and maintains operations solely in the United States.
